Equine Client Evening

NFU Mutual & Seadown Equine Clinic are hosting an equine fire safety seminar. Whether you own or manage a riding school, keep your horses at home or pay to keep them at a livery yard, fire safety should be a priority for everyone involved in the care of horses.                                      
Speakers at the event will include:        
   - Josh Slater, Professor of Equine Clinical Studies at the RVC and Director of Trauma Care at the British Animal Rescue and Trauma Care Association (BARTA)                                                                            
  - Jim Green, Animal Rescue Specialist from Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service and Director of Rescue at BARTA.                                                                       - Nicki Whittaker, an equine specialist from NFU Mutual.
Topics will include:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        - How to create a fire plan                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          - The four-minute fire window                                                                                                                                                                                                                                - Yard design and examples of real-life stories and rescues British Animal Rescue and Trauma Care Association (BARTA)
